Treasure Chicks Vintage Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Policy for Live Shows, Estate Sales, Live Markets, Pop-Ups, Auctions: For all TCV purchases during Live Shows, Estate Sales, Live Markets, Pop-Ups, Auctions, etc., the items are sold “as is” and are non-returnable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases. We will not accept liability for authenticity, extended lifespan, representations, or damages caused by any items sold. All items are sold as is, where is, at these sales.

2. Refund Policy for Live Shows, Estate Sales, Live Markets, Pop-Ups, Auctions: We do not offer any returns or refunds at any time for any Estate Sales, Live Shows, Pop-Ups, Auctions, or for any third-party vendors hosted on our website, sales pages, or sales groups (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). We do not accept any liability for any misrepresentation or missed delivery for any vendor or third-party transactions. All items are sold as is, where is, at these sales.

3. Vendors: We vet all vendors and verify their credentials and experience. Please review third-party vendors’ return policies and Terms of Service. TCV provides a paid service to vendors to facilitate the sale of items and does not accept any liability for any items sold by third-party vendors. We do not guarantee authenticity, lifespan, representations, delivery, or liability for damages caused by any items sold. All claims for third-party transactions are to be filed directly with the vendor and/or payment processor as necessary.

4. Buyer Protection for TCV Marketplace: We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If at any time your item cannot ship or does not match the listing description, we will provide a full refund. You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem with supporting photos and details. If we validate your claim, TCV will send you a return label to return the item(s) and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

5. Item Condition for TCV Marketplace: Due to the nature and life of vintage and antique items we sell, all items sold through our online services (TCV Marketplace, TCV Auctions, and TCV Estate Sales) are sold “as is” and are non-returnable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases. In certain cases of misrepresentation or where there is an issue with the item, we may, at our discretion, accept the item back.

6. Authenticity for TCV Marketplace: Because we guarantee the authenticity of branded items sold on this website, in the case where an item is claimed to be not authentic by the buyer, we will require you to provide verification/supporting documents regarding this claim, or your third-party appraisal, or any TCV-approved third-party authorized service before a return is authorized. Any verifications, appraisals, etc., regarding the authenticity of the item post-shipment are at the expense of the buyer. We do not reimburse for any appraisals or verifications for the purpose of returns or any other purpose.

7. What is Covered for TCV Marketplace: If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem immediately:

  • Undisclosed/misrepresented damage
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Item not as described
  • Item is not authentic

8. Liability Disclaimer: We do not accept liability for extended lifespan or damages caused by any items sold at any time. We are not responsible for any damages caused by courier or shipping services. However, we will file a claim with the postal services on your behalf.

9. Damage Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages that occur after the item has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by improper handling, storage, or use of the item. Please handle all vintage and antique items with care to preserve their condition.

10. Item Condition Disclaimer: All items on this website are preowned, antique, and vintage. They are sold “as is, where is found” and are non-refundable except as outlined above. Please review the item descriptions and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
